Dog Day Afternoon
We couldn't decide if we wanted to finish painting the bathroom or take a drive with the top down in the convertible to Jenks for their Annual Herb and Plant Festival. It didn't take a lot of time coming to a decision. Start your engines! We decided to grab the camera as it might prove to be a good day for some photog ops. Even though the festival had several booths with plants, herbs, flowers, vegetables, garden items and outdoor decorations, Toby kept taking pictures of the dogs. We also enjoyed some live music from the local church, visit to the antique stores for a few treasure finds and ended the day chowing down on hot dogs from the local Coney Islander.

You see, you did too get some "paint" ing done! It looks like the herbal affair was more of a dog show. I love the Great Danes they are such gentle giants. I wish I would have made myself go it looks like it was a GREAT DANE DAY! And you had a dog gone good time! Will is coming home at 10:30 today! For two weeks.
